Fire Sprinkler related emergencies can happen at any time. It is important to us that you are able to continue your regular business operations as seamlessly as possible. It is our goal that if and when you experience this inconvenience, we are able to repair your system and get it back up and protecting your facility as efficiently as possible.
What to expect
Normal Business Hours
When you call during our normal business hours between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, you are going to speak with someone in our office. They are going to take down your information and what is going on at your property. Once you’ve spoken with them, they will get you transferred to our Service Manager who will be able to talk you through the situation and how to get your fire sprinkler system drained and shut off if water is flowing. Our service manager will then dispatch a technician to your property to begin their assessment and identify what they need to fix the issue.
After Hours
When you call after our normal business hours, typically after 3:30 pm and before 7:00 am Monday through Friday and on Weekends and Holidays, you are going to speak with someone from our Emergency Dispatch Service. Same process. They are going to take down your information and what is going on at your property. Once you’ve spoken with them, they are going to call our On-Call Service Technician to dispatch them to you. The On-Call Technician will then call you to walk you through shutting off and draining the sprinkler system.
